software. SatisFusion and its BusinessCentral Platform are secure using digital security provided by Verisign Digital ID. All credit

Collection and Storage of Information
In order to access certain products, services and information (collectively, the "Services") within the Web site, SatisFusion requires
that you provide certain identifying information (the "Registration Information") when you register for our services or purchase our
Extended Support Plans or products available on the Web site. Such personal information may include your legal name, address,
shipping address, phone number, subscriber name or "screen name", ownership information of software products sold by
SatisFusion, areas of interest and e-mail address. We maintain this information in our secure customer database. We may also
collect additional information, such as in connection with special offers, contests, surveys or other promotions. This information may
also be used to send you updates, special offers, product and service events. SatisFusion reserves the right to request any additional
information necessary to establish and maintain your account for use of any of the Services available on the Web site.
In addition, personal data collected by SatisFusion may be used by SatisFusion for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing
and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of your behavior while using the Web site, for product development, for content
improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many visitors have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content
and layout of the Web site. Names, postal and e-mail addresses collected may be added to SatisFusion's databases and used for
future communications and mailings regarding Web site updates, new products and services, upcoming events and status of orders
placed online.
SatisFusion.com uses WebTrends Live to analyze traffic to this web site. WebTrends Live does not create individual profiles for
visitors. Unlike some tracking services WebTrends Live does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor.

Disclosure to Third Parties
SatisFusion reserves the right to disclose to third parties information about your usage of the Web site and any related services,
