SatisFusion Continues to Grow its Account Management
Group
SatisFusion adds Strategic Account Manager to Central Region as it further
expands its Account Management Team to improve Customer Satisfaction
Long Beach, Calif. - October 15, 2002 - To better serve its growing
Customer base SatisFusion has added a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to its
newly created Central Region.
Michelle (Mickey) Pierce,
has been appointed as Strategic Account Management Director, Central Region,
and will be based in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Pierce brings with her an impressive
list of accomplishments and a legacy of customer satisfaction with such organizations
as RightWorks, Aurum Software and Siebel Systems. In her role as SatisFusion's
Central region SAM, she will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction and
growing the revenue of her account base of current SatisFusion customers.

The addition of Strategic Account Management in the Central Region represents
the final phase in SatisFusion's SAM expansion. This expansion is designed
to increase Customer touch through both the reduction of territory size and
by establishing truly regional Strategic Account Management.
