Yamaha Electronics Corporation Expands Consumer
Relationships
By deploying additional applications within BusinessCentral, Yamaha
draws closer to it's consumers.
Long Beach, Calif. - August
15, 2003 -Yamaha Electronics Corporation (YEC) a worldwide leader in consumer
electronics has announced it will be expanding its Post-Sales Consumer Relationship
programs through SatisFusion.
In Fall 2002 SatisFusion was awarded the management of www.yamahashoponline.com,
YEC's online store, as well as the Extended Support Plan and Consumer Registration
programs. Under the expanded relationship, Yamaha will now also be leveraging
additional applications within SatisFusion's BusinessCentral platform - the
Consumer User Community technology and Extended Channel Sales application.
