Toshiba's Extended Support Plans Provide Peace-of-mind to Consumers Over 6% of consumers electronically registering their Toshiba
America Information Systems (Imaging Systems Division - ISD) purchased
an Extended Support Plan
Long Beach, California: July 5 2002, Toshiba TAIS-ISD released
additional performance results today of its consumer service efforts.
Extended Support Plans (ESP), when integrated into SatisFusion's electronic
registration component resulted in a significant increase in revenue for
Toshiba TAIS-ISD - as over 6% of consumers registering their products
electronically are purchasing plans.
