Panasonic
Makes Warranty Claims Filing Easier for Service Centers

out-sourcing claims adjudication to SatisFusion, Panasonic will improve efficiencies
and improve customer service.
Long Beach, Calif. -
May 30, 2002 -Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company announced it has Selected
SatisFusion to provide warranty claims adjudicating for its valued service
network. Under the terms of the agreement, SatisFusion will be Panasonic's
exclusive claims adjudicator, and will also be providing an internet-based
user interface for Panasonic's service centers.

with SatisFusion will be very good for our valued Service Centers. By adding
their user interface and internet services, our Service Centers will be able
to complete their claims quicker and ultimately get paid quicker" stated
