SatisFusion Chairman & Founder Fay Wood
Named to NESDA/ISCET Advisory Board
Wood asked to serve a third consecutive term on NESDA/ISCET Advisory Board
Long Beach, Calif.
- April 15, 2003 - SatisFusion announced today that its Chairman and Founder,
Fay Wood, has again been selected to continue serving on the National Electronic
Service Dealers Association's (NESDA) Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is
comprised of leading business and prominent leaders from industry manufacturing,
distribution and support industries. As sole returning member from the current
Advisory Board, Wood will soon be joined by two prominent new members: Steve
Zell of Thomson Consumer Electronics and David Melwid of PTS Electronics.
In addition Wood has been asked to continue to serve as Co-Chair of the Membership/Marketing
Committee. The Advisory Board works closely with the NESDA & ISCET Boards of Directors
to further improve the way the Association serves its members by sharing perspectives
from individual industries, identifying emerging issues, reviewing progress
on NESDA's charter and by actively participating in association Board of Director's
meetings.
"Through this Advisory Board, we have been able to leverage the experiences
of this diverse group of industry leaders," stated Mack Blakely, NESDA's
Executive Director. "We're pleased to have Fay serve on the Committee
again. Her experience and knowledge of this industry and its service community
will continue to serve our members well," Blakely concluded.

In addition to serving as SatisFusion's Chairman & Founder, Wood currently
serves as the chairperson for the California Department of Consumer Affairs
Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair's Advisory Council (BEAR). In addition
she serves on several other Boards and Councils that support fair and reasonable
business practices with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
