Capturing the "voice of the consumer" via custom electronic or hard copy survey responses, SatisFusion's consumer Survey
Application provides Manufacturers with candid consumer opinions and preferences, enabling our Manufacturer-customers to better
meet the needs of their consumers.
The Survey Application can be added as a feature to other SatisFusion Applications, including Product Registration,
Audio Visual Support and more. The Survey Application can be used as a stand-alone Application to conduct outbound surveys
via email, or via hard copy (Customer Satisfaction, Quality Of Service, etc.)
Standard Features:
- Create and edit survey forms, manage active and publish dates, view reports and track responses
- Customize survey form appearance, insert hyperlinks and images and more.
- Specify active dates, specify distribution and response collection method (email, direct mail or web)
- Track email responses, view survey response summary and detail
