Support Call Center

SatisFusion offers stand-alone call center services specifically to support a Manufacturer's products. Consumers often have questions about the operation of their product, the assembly or where to locate a service center - and will call a Manufacturer for this support.

With SatisFusion´s innovative call center application, consumer information (model, serial, date of purchase, service history, accessories purchased, etc.) is automatically available to the operator - enabling the caller to be recognized as a consumer and the operator can more effectively manage the call.

Standard Features Include:

  • Search, access and review all consumer, product and contract information stored in the BusinessCentral database, as well as register a product for a consumer.
  • Search by consumer name, address, email address, contract number or model and serial number
  • View all products associated with consumer
  • Import and load data from Manufacturer or external call center

 
Optional Features

  • This Application can be configured where a Manufacturer's call center reps access the Application to look up consumer information (Registration, repair, product purchases, etc.) allowing the call center reps to do all the things SatisFusion's own reps would do on behalf of the consumer
