MyClaims is a powerful claims processing tool that automates much of the manually intensive tasks of adjudicating
warranty claims. The Application accepts claims in a variety of file formats. Several levels of processing are available – from simple
data checks to complex multi-level validations, directly applying the Manufacturer's own business rules. Payment processing
(warranty reimbursement) is also available.
Claim history is accessible to the Manufacturer and service center through a secure online interface for viewing, correction and
re-submittal. Manufacturers are able to maintain service center information, model files, parts files, warranty reimbursement rates and
all other vital information directly through BusinessCentral.
